The customer is entitled to use the purchased images for private purposes. The copyright for publication in print and advertising media remain with the artist, require a written consent and the reference of the owner.
The customer was / is informed regarding possible advertising measures by the artist and agrees that isolated images may be used for online and print advertising after consultation.
As far as on my website personal data (such as name, address or email addresses) are collected, this is as far as possible, always on a voluntary basis and on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). The use of the offers and services are as far as possible, always without giving personal data. If you contact me by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by me for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions.
